Our Senior Head Chef Patrick Panier along with Head Chef Kent Geddes delight in serving fresh, locally sourced foods for our regularly updated and seasonal menus. Explorers Licensed Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 5.30pm for dinner. Minimum dress standards are to be adhered to - no singlets, fluros, hats or revealing shorts are allowed.
